provider to repair the light. We will contact the property owner to let
them know they need to contact their provider to get the light repaired.

Here’s what I found out on the Oncor Street Light reporting site – the
map shows that all of the lights in that MHP are “Guard Lights”
(illustrated in blue on the map) and can only be reported to the retail
electric provider that bills for them. How do we get in touch with the
person who reported the outage to relay this info to them?
Q. What is a guard light and how do I report a guard light outage?
A. Guard lights are subscribed services typically provided and billed to
private property owners. To report a guard light outage the subscriber
should call the service request phone number listed on their electric
bill.

Seem to recall you emailed me a cool Oncor website for street light
outages recently. So see if you can work your magic on this request.
It may have already been submitted and it may be a private light that
Oncor doesn’t maintain. This came from the Manager’s office as a result
of National Night out.
