Dear Mr. Davis:
As you know by our numerous phone conversations, I still have a large mud/sink hole in the parking lot of the club due to the
work that was done in the installation of the water line by the City of Coppell. We have been discussing tskirt~ care of the
problem for a month now. Unfortunately, no repair or resolution to the problem has occurred. This sinkhole presents a liability
problem for the club as well as a major inconvenience to the customers and staff of the Lone Star Country Club. In addition, there
has still been no clean-up of the construction area and debris and pipe still litter the parking lot.
Because we have been unable to come to some sort of resolution to this problem, we have made arrangements to take care of the
problem ourselves. We have arranged for tractor rental and to have gravel brought in to replace the damage done to the parking lot.
This will occur on Thursday, April 20, 1995. An invoice will accordingly be delivered to the City of Coppell for reimbursement of
expenses.
