Also, a note needs to be provided on the plat stating "Only decorative metal or like fence will be permitted in floodplain easement". No other buildings or pools will be allowed unless the structure is raised two feet above the floodplain. The fence is allowed because the flood study submitted showed the whole property to be reclaimed.
