1. Drainage and utility plans should be provided.
2. Because there will not be a Home Owners Association. there should be a note on the plat
that specifically addresses the fact that the City will not be maintaining the creek. All
creek maintenance will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
3. Where is the sewer service for lot 4?
4. Minimum finish floor elevations should be shown for Lots 1-5.
5. Show both limits of the floodplain.
