We have previously advised Miramar Development regarding our client's dispute concerning the boundary line. We have suggested that a boundary line agreement will be needed to resolve the boundary line dispute and do not agree to Miramar plating a portion of our client's property. Attached as Exhibit "A ", is a drawing of the above described area in dispute.
