Please study the attached information for the following details:
Advisability of providing concrete slope protection for your
facility across a proposed swale on the west side of our
Royal Lane project.
e
Will a concrete protection slab be' needed where your faci-
lity directly crosses Royal Lane?
e
Consider lowering your 12-inch line to clear our proposed
open channel on the east side of Royal Lane.
e
Consider relocating your existing facility on the Thompson
and Minyard tracts to the west side of the Thompson site
adjacent to our open channel and Royal Lane embankment and
to the southern boundaries of the Thompson and Minyard
tracts.
e
Consider clearing Royal Lane and our open channel first.
Phase II would be the relocation of your facility clear of
the mail handling facility site and Minyard tract.
Provide information regarding cost estimates, timing of
construction and coordination data for abandonment and/or
removal of your existing facility and easement.
8. Advise if additional information is needed.
We have requested that your existing line be field located on the
Minyard tract where it enters the St. Louis & Southwestern
Railroad right-of-way so that we will have an accurate method of
writing proper easement metes and bounds. That task will be
completed during the first week in January.
Our client, Thompson Management Company, understands that they
will be expected to handle the costs involved. We are eager to
being our work and will respond promptly to your needs.

For planning and coordination, we are most anxious to get a firm
idea of the costs to do the above work. This information is
needed to confirm our total responsibility. Of course, we then
need to proceed to clear your facility with regard to our impro-
vements in Royal Lane.
Please call if you have any questions.
