RE:Tradepoint II Storm Retention Design and Inspection
Dear Mr. Marvin,
At the request of the City, TRADEPOINT BLDG 2, LP. ("Hillwood") is providing this letter to acknowledge the
following as it relates to the design and inspection associated with the site storm water detention;
• The corrugated metal pipe (CMP)detention system submitted for permit is a proprietary system
designed by Contech Engineered Solutions, LLC. By reviewing and approving the permit drawings,the
City makes no representations regarding the functional suitability of the system design or its
components.
• As part of their jurisdictional responsibilities,the City will be performing a variety of inspection
activities in and around the installation location of the CMP. The City inspections will not be
performed for the purpose of verifying construction means and methods or the functional adequacy
of the CMP installation. These type inspections will be the responsibility of Hillwood's consultants.
We trust this letter will satisfy your request and we appreciate your assistance with the issuance of our permit.
