As a matter of record for The City of Coppeb~_ Engineering
Department's information, I am writing to inform you of
what Beamer Development, Inc. is preparing to do on our
four (4) acres on Deforest Road which will be known as
The Estates of Cambridge Manor Phase II.
We are in the midst of preparing various plats for either
nine (9) or ten (10) SF-12 residentia£ lots to present to
The City of Coppel£'s Developmental Review Committee (DRC).
Our deadline for submission to DRC is June 19th, 1996 for
their next scheduled hearing on Tuesday, July 2nd, 1996.
But the main reason for this correspondence is to make you
aware that there is approximately 250-300 cubic yards of
topsoil on the north end of the aforementioned property that
was left over when we fi££ed a 6.21 acre tract due east of
our property that we subsequently sold in March of this year.
We intend on using this soil as dirtfill for our nine (9)
or ten (10) lot second phase within the next sixty (60) to
ninety (90) days and wanted your department to be aware that
we are not simply stockpiling the topsoil nor or we going to
sell the topsoil.
