Dear Mr Marshall,
Good Morning! I am a homeowner of 806 Cheshire Dr, Coppell TX. I have an
issue with removing HOA owned fence bordering my back alley and
Deforest, which is unsightly and redundant now that we have a pretty
concrete wall on south side of Deforest.
It serve no purpose to have a concrete wall and a fence two feet apart.
In fact the hollow space in between fence and wall could become a
security issue.
Please let me know how do I proceed and getting this done.
