Maintenance Repairs Required
Dear Mr. Harris:
Representatives of the City of Coppell recently conducted a re-inspection of the paving and utilities
installed during the referenced project prior to the expiration of the maintenance period on
November 11, 2012. Below is an item that needs your attention immediately:
1.) Sidewalks are failing in three locations at the ADA ramp on the northeast corner of
Southwestern Blvd. and S. Coppell Rd.
The maintenance period will be extended until the stated failure is repaired. Please contact me at
your earliest convenience with the date your crew will be onsite to remedy the deficiency.
