1) Backfill sidewalk retaining wall from Inglenook to MacArthur on south side of roadway.
2) Pavers not installed in BFR's at intersection of Inglenook.
3) North median in MacArthur needs to be filled and re- compacted. Not sure if the City is
planning on putting brick pavers in this median to match south median?
4) Sidewalks on the west side of MacArthur not complete.
5) Signals not up and running.
6) South median in MacArthur not complete. Requires brick pavers to be installed.
7) Pavement markings and signs throughout the project need to be installed.
8) Joint sealant throughout the project.
9) General fill /excavation throughout the project.
10) Sodding throughout the project.
11) Gap between curb and mailboxes requires to be filled throughout.
12) Need to finish fill areas on north east corner of Deforest and MacArthur.
13) Retaining wall south east corner of Deforest not complete.
14) Buff /brush finish form liner on all retaining walls.
15) Finish bevel on top of sidewalk retaining walls.
16) Repair broken planters on both corners of Prestwick.
17) Fill slope not complete at 724 Deforest.
18) Backfill for all sidewalk retaining walls not complete.
19) Pedestrian rail not installed east of Inglenook on south side.
20) Fence requires to re- installed on south side where it was taken down.
21) Retaining walls not installed at 748 Deforest.
22) Retaining walls on north side from 748 Deforest going east not installed
23) Bury all franchise utilities that are exposed and make sure in working order
24) Irrigation systems throughout the project need to be adjusted and in working order
25) No pavers installed in BFR's at Stratford
26) Sidewalk at Lake Forest intersection not installed
27) 411 rail not installed.
28) No pavers installed in BFR's at Cambridge Manor.
29) No pavers at Castle Creek BFR's
30) Lights that were taken down need to be re- installed

33) Retaining wall from Allen to the east on the south side not complete
