Which one is correct? 8) Label access easement as a fire lane. Site Plan 1) Provide utility plans, drainage plans. 2) The proposed meters located along Samuel Blvd. need to be located in a utility easement so they do not conflict with the proposed sidewalk which will be located in the right-of-way.
