There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review. 2. We have concerns with bank stabilization along the creek. The permanent erosion protection/bank stabilization will be reviewed in detail. 3. We will need the CLOMR submitted for review and it will also have to go through the CDC process. 4. The current effective floodplain needs to be shown. 5. There will need to be access provided to get into the creek for maintenance by HOA. 6. The bridge structure will need to be signed by a professional engineer.
