flood fringe of Denton Creek in Coppell, Texas, and involves fill obly. A check for

For your Information I ttave also enclosed the LOMR from the Phase 1 portion of this
project, which is now complete. We used the proposed condition~, model from Phase 1
as the basis for our study. ~
This submittal wes delayed while waiting for a Jurisdictional Deter~nination from the
Corps of Engineem (attached). Because of this, we are hoping to'. expedite this review
any way we mn. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
