Floodplain Permit Request
Dear Ken:
Enclosed are the completed CDC application forms with a map and summary sheet included.
Mr. Dick Lowe with the Corps of Engineers has promised to send a letter about wetlands. He
has reviewed numerous photographs I have sent him and has told me he sees no wetlands.
However, he keeps promising to prepare the letter but never can get to it. Next week he will
be out of the office until Fdday. I am requesting that you allow us to send the report to FEMA
and give Jack permission to start moving dirt. He is ultimately responsible for wetland issues,
and I am confident there are none in his proposed fill areas.
