Dear Ken:
Reference our meeting on Thursday afternoon, October 12, 1995,
with Mr. Bruce Birdsong, regarding the expansion of a pond and
dirt movement located on the Birdsong property. Pursuant to
that meeting, the following information is hereby submitted
to you for approval of same:
I)
After approval from The City of Coppell to forward
the flood study on the NETTIE LONG ADDITION (LOT I)
~o the Federa~ Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
and verification and documentation that FEMA has
received same, movement of soil/dirt may proceed.
2)
This wil.b entail the soil/dirt movement from the
Birdsong pond to the 6.213 acre NETTIE LONG ADDITION/
LOT I due east approximately 350 feet.
3)
Only one (1) acre of the 6.213 acres wi£1 be filled
and compacted per the FEMA flood study and your office
will be kept abreast of all activity.
