Dear Ken:
Reference our telephone conversation, this date, regarding
the FLOODPLAIN RECLAMATION REPORT on our four (4) acres,
which will be Phase Two of The Estates of Cambbidg~ Manor,
and approximately one (1) acre of our 6.213 acres ~ast of
Phase Two.
Additionally, we discussed paying The City of Copp~l's
consulting engineer fee of $1,000.00 on or before Monday,
September 4, 1995. The reason for the delay is a recuirement
of the contract for the 6.213 acres that w~ were not aware
of, which utlitmately, wi£1 require Beamer Development to
furnish to Fidelity National Title Company additiona£
documentation.
In c~osing, I would like to thank you for a£lowing as to
submit this report so that it can be forwarded to Th~
City's consulting engineers and saving us a full w~k in
the review of same.
