Floodplain review for property adjacent to Denton Creek and north of DeForest Road
Estates of Cambridge Manor Phase II
This flood study has been processed to you in accordance with our contract with Kimley-Horn
for the review of flood studies for the City of Coppell. As I stated during our telephone
conversation, this flood study should also be reviewed for compliance with the Trinity River
Corridor development process. That process requires valley storage for development along the
Trinity River.
Under the terms of the contract, the review fee for this flood study is based on an hourly rate
not to exceed $1,000.00.
Once the review has been completed, an invoice should be processed to the Engineering
Department for payment. If you should have any questions concerning this please feel free to
