Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $47,829.36 plus 2% of the construction cost, and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Assistant Finance Director, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment List. In addition, please provide our office with a copy of your Engfneer's estimate for this project or contract amount for verification of the construction inspection fee. Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office and to Shimek, Jacobs & Finklea, Attn: Mr. Gary C. Hendricks.
