Golden Triangle MHP-CS121116I spoke to Stephanie at the MHP yesterday and she understands what is
involved in getting those lights fixed. The explanation she got from
Oncor was that the owner would have to contact their retail provider
(Green Mountain) who would then request that Oncor do the repair and
bill them for it. She mentioned that her corporate office is now the
real hold-up with the process and, unless their corporate folks have a
sense of urgency to do their part, not much will happen.
I asked if our service met her expectations (“were we helpful?”) and
whether Oncor answered their needs adequately. She answered yes to
both, however I will send her a survey as a follow-up. Let me know if
there is anything else you think should be done from our office.
