ITEM: S-1086R. Rejoice Lutheran Church. Zoning ckange from SF-12-
S.U.P. (Single Family 12, Special Use Permit)to SF-12-S.U.P.
(Single Family 12-S. U.P.), to amend the cortditions of the Special
Use Permit to allow the church to do the following: 1) host an
annual ~PumpMn Patch ~ to be held during the month of October;,
2) post both a banner sign on the property and off-street signs for
the duration of the event; 3) agree to the removal of all signs within
2 days following the close of the event. The Rejoice Lutheran
Church is located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road,
approximately 630 feet east of Lodge Road, at the request of Rejoice
Lutheran Church.
