on 54.8 acres of land located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road,
approximately 750 feet northeast of Starleaf Street (extended), at the request of

AFTER P&Z
1. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
2. The utility plan needs to be legible.
3. The alley will need to be 15 feet of pavement.
4. Why are park fees being reduced to $600?
5. Permanent erosion protection/bank stabilization on the creek will be reviewed in detail.
6. The flood study will have to go through the CDC process.
7. The current effective floodplain needs to be shown.
