I was never able to make contact with Mr. Williams. The number you had
is his home number and the mailbox is always full. I had left messages
on his work phone with no return call but I checked the Texas
Comptroller’s website and found the HOA to be associated with Spectrum
Association Management. I Googled that company and found that they do
manage the subdivision. I thought I’d give you their contact info to be
included on the HOA list for future reference.

Hi Rhonda,
I’ve been trying to get in touch with the HOA contact for Forest Cove
Estates. I’ve left a few messages but haven’t gotten a return call.
Thought I’d check with you to see if you can verify he is still the
current contact?? Their northern subdivision wall has been badly
damaged and I’m trying to get the story on what happened and when the
repair will take place.
