Our Vision
Our vision is to capture the spirit of "Old Coppell"
utilizing the Old Coppell Masterplan as a guideline to
mesh the ideas of the City of Coppell with those of D &
D Development LLC. We seek the participation of the
entire community to achieve these goals...merchants,
property owners, local government officials, and civic
leaders agreeing to support this planned development

site to celebrate special occasions. Whether
planning a wedding, reception, party, reunion,

• Accommodates over 350 guests in the main ballroom alone but is
flexible for the most intimate events.
