The City of Coppell acknowledges that the above-titled project, due to its location and non-
adjacency to residential zoning, should be considered not in violation of the Noise Ordinance
(Ord. 2009-1243) during the construction activities planned to take place in the near future. As
such, construction activity shall be allowed seven days per week, 24 hours per day. Please keep
your assigned construction inspector informed of your work schedule.
