RE: Lot 8, Block 2 Carter Addition
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I have reviewed the Carter Addition plat in regards to future potential curb cuts for Lot 8, Block
2. The lot in question was platted with its only point of street frontage on Moore Road. While
the City would not typically encourage curb cuts on Moore Road, this is the only street frontage
that this lot has and it will be allowed one curb cut to Moore Road if and when the lot develops.
When the lot develops, the Engineering Department recommends that an attempt be made to
design the driveway in such a manner as to allow a vehicle exiting the site to pull into traffic
as opposed to backing into traffic.
