Government Code,you are hereby notified that Superscapes,Inc.has an unpaid claim of$11,469.05
for retainage relating to labor and materials provided to the above-referenced project. The labor and
materials provided by Superscapes, Inc. to the above-referenced project are more particularly
described in the Application and Certificate for Payment attached hereto as Exhibit A. Such labor
and materials were provided to JRJ Paving,LP under the terms of a written contract. Furthermore,
pursuant to Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code,attached is a Sworn Statement of Account.
