ITEMS THAT STILL NEED TO BE FINALIZED FOR 100% CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS • Street light locations need to be confirmed with Oncor. • Determine if sidewalk is required on east side of Freeport Parkway. • Detail sheets • Quantities • Cost Estimate • Specification book • Landscape plans QUESTIONS REGARDING DESIGN • Do we need a left turn lane into the Cemetery? • On Sheet 7— Demolition Plan, we are showing to relocate an Oncor vault because it is next to the proposed hike & bike trail and is about 2'-3' higher in elevation. Is this acceptable to the City or should we look at a different option? • On Sheet 8 — Demolition Plan, we are showing the building on the Tate property that is located within the ROW to be removed by others. Does the City want the contractor to remove this building as a part of this project or by others? • On Sheet 14 — Paving Plan, we are showing to end the pipe rail fence installation. This is the current location of the fence ending. Does the City want to extend this fence along their entire property or end it somewhere else? • On Sheet 16 — Paving Plan, we are not currently showing any street lights on the bridge. What are the requirements regarding spacing for street lights on a bridge? • See sheets 25-31. The retaining walls are shown to either be modular block or cast-in- place concrete. Please confirm that the type of wall we specified for each location is desirable by the City. • Direction on 12" water valve spacing/locations: o Does the City want to be able to isolate every 8" water feed or fire hydrant? o Is there a maximum number of fire hydrants/service lines that can be affected by the 12" water line being shut down? •Page 2 ACTION ITEMS • City to confirm the decision on Sandy Lake intersection: o Option 1 (six-lane to four-lane transition north of Sandy Lake Road) o Option 2 (six-lane to four-lane transition south of Sandy Lake Road) • City to determine whether Hardman and Sorokwasz can share driveway / median access. • City to send information on the light standard to use on bridges. • City to confirm if the driveway for the Amberpoint detention pond is required. •Page 3
