find a spreadsheet with a breakout by task of the hours to perform the work. Below is a summary
of each task:
Surveying

This effort includes a complete topographic survey, R.O.W.,
cross - sections for stream G -1, cross section Bethel Rd., and
Utility coordination.

The following are assumptions were made to generate the fee:
1. Fee for the drainage study includes sizing and location recommendation for a future
detention pond location. The drainage study phase will also include a study of stream
G -1 and provide recommendations for culvert improvements at Coppell Road. At this
time no fees have been estimated for final Plans and Specifications for a detention
pond. It is anticipated a fee will be negotiated upon completion of the study when
more information is known as to size, location, and land requirements for the detention
pond facility.
2. These fees do not include the design of any water and sewer relocations.

3. This fee only includes de -hole coordination. It assumes the City or affected Utility
Company will actually uncover the lines for TranSystems to field verify.
4. This fee does not include modifications or re- construction of the existing drainage
channel south of Bethel road and in front of the Post Office.
