RE: Notification of Repairs Needed Under Maintenance Bond
THIRD and FINAL NOTICE
MA 10-01 Denton Tap @ Sandy Lake Paver Replacement
Dear Mr. Bowman:
You were notified by letter on August 7, 2012 and again on September 28, 2012 regarding
necessary repairs to be done under the existing maintenance bond for the above captioned project.
As of this date, the requested repairs have not been done as required under the bond presented for
the workmanship of the construction. It is important that these repairs take place prior to any bad
weather we may have this winter.
1. Pavement striping has deteriorated severely at several locations and must be replaced.
Failure to address these repairs in a timely manner could result in notification to your surety and use
of bond monies to perform the needed repairs. Please contact me at 972-304-7090 to inform me
when your crew will be on the project to correct the deficiencies. I will be available to show them
the areas that need immediate attention.
