On this date, a representative of Alliance Geotechnical Group visited the above referenced project site to perform the
scheduled testing. After arrival to the job site, the testing was canceled and /or postponed for the reasons noted.
• The concrete placement was cancelled due to rebar size and spacing was wrong.
