Maintenance Repairs Required-THIRD NOTICE
Dear Mr. Harris:
Several months have passed since you were notified of maintenance repairs needed on the
captioned project. Listed below is an item that needs your attention immediately:
Sidewalks are failing in several locations: 1) at the ADA ramp on the northeast corner of
Southwestern Blvd. and S. Coppell Rd., and 2) to the east down Southwestern Blvd. at
some driveways.
This sidewalk and ramp failure is a health and safety issue that must be attended to in the very near
future. The maintenance period will be extended until the stated failure is repaired. Please contact
me at your earliest convenience with the date your crew will be onsite to remedy the deficiency.
