The Alpha technician traveled to the above referenced site to monitor ongoing work and perform field testing as requested.
Plastic Barrier were placed over 4'of moisture condition on Block E, Pads 5, 6, 7,8, 9 and compacted with 1' of material.
Laboratory test results for all related items referenced above will follow on a separate report.
