At this date, the maintenance bond for utility construction and the as-built drawings have been received from Mr. Doyle Cameron with Cameron Development Co. However, the developer has indicated that a one year maintenance bond for the paving construction would not be obtainable. I have requested a letter of agreement from the development owner, Duncan, Dickson & Taylor, a Texas partnership, be submitted to us for review, indemnifying the City of Coppell against any loss or damage for a period of one year and binding the development owner to the penal sum of $6,254.00, based on the paving construction cost.
