RE: Channel Pointe Subdivision
Items to be resolved on the punch list for this subdivision include
establishment of an owners association, landscaping of the parkway
areas of MacArthur and Parkway Boulevard's, and installation of
irrigation along Parkway Boulevard to bring the subdivision area
up to the guidelines of the Streetscape Plan.
Any improvements within the parkways must be reviewed by the Lakes
of Coppell Owners Association's Architectural Review Committee.
These are the items which will need to be addressed prior to
acceptance.
