Related to your conversation with Howard Pafford about subject
subdivision, please set up another final walk through inspection
with all Public Works personnel, Fire Department, etc and yourself
on or before Wednesday, February 14, 1990.
Call Steve Ogden (239-6302) and make direct contact with the
requester. Then search the files, etc and make sure all is in
order regarding this subdivision. Prepare a summary memo to me,
providing a short concise history or facts list and what
outstanding items there are in order for the City of Coppell to
accept this subdivision.
Please have that summary memo, etc on or before Friday, February
16, 1990. If there are any questions or you need further
direction, please see me. Thanks.
