Steve, the issue of parks dedication which affected lots 9, 10,
and 11 of block 1 has been resolved. They decided to withdraw
it. They have some drafting errors which will need to be corrected.
The rear building line for block 2 was left off when they drew
new alley in. A Homeowners Maintenance Agreement will need to
be shown on plat with appropriate documents. These items have
been addressed and agreed to by Amir Ghalibaf of P. R. Engineering
Inc. at the 5/2/88 DRC meeting and will be bringing corrected
plat and Homeownes Maintenance Agreement to our office prior to
council.
