described by metes and bo ds as follows:
Commencing at the north ner of said Dallas Gun Club tract and the east comer of a
called 0.6120 acre tract descn ed in a deed to Patsy Ann Phillips as recorded in Volume
80067, Page 3011 of said Deed ecords;
Thence, South 51 degrees 31 min tes 00 seconds West, along the common line of said Gun
Club tract and said Phillips tract, distance of 175.39 feet to a three - eighth inch iron rod
found in the west comer of said Gun Club tract and in the existing northeast right of way line
of Sandy Lake Road for the POINT OF BEGINNING, said iron rod also being the south
