Use) to allow asphalt pavement on-site for driveways and parking for
the att annex complex located along the south side of Bethel Road,
approximately 60 feet west of Coppell Road, at the request of Steven

The asphalt paving needs to meet the standards in the Subdivision Ordinance. Provide
6" lime stabilized subgrade, 2" Type B Asphalt and 2" Type D Asphalt or an alternative
design approved by City Engineer.
