Dear Ken:
Based on the final configurations of the lake, a revision to
the storm sewer plans (plate No. 11) has been made.
The type of outfall headwall will be a "FW-30°'' in lieu of a
PW-N he~dwall. This skewed headwall matches the flowline
direction of the lake.
Attached is a copy of the revised plan. As-built plans will
reflect this type of headwall.
