Bank of Canada reet Suite 4380 75201 1� L13t`:32 � NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that a public hearing on the question of assessment of a part of the cost of the improvements to the East Belt Line Road water line (WA94 -01) consisting of construction of twelve (12) inch and eight (8) inch water lines along the South side of East Belt Line Road, bored beneath Belt Line at the East end of the project and terminating on the North side of Belt Line Road, against the benefitted properties and owners of that property, identified in Exhibit "A ", the Assessment Roll, attached hereto and made part hereof for all purposes, will be conducted before the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas on the 24th day of January, 1995, at 7:30 p. m. in the City Chamber. The estimated amount per front foot proposed to be assessed against benefitted property and the owners of such property is Thirty-Six and 01 /100 Dollars ($36.01). The total assessment proposed against each benefitted property and the owners thereof is shown in Exhibit "A ".
