You are hereby authorized to proceed with the drainage and utility
improvements within said addition. I have been informed by others
that the City Engineer has stamped the Engineering Plans, which
were prepared by Don Dowdey and Associates, "Approved for
Construction".
Subject to City approval of the plans, you should start work on the
date shown above and complete your work within thirty (30) days per
your contract agreement with the developer of this tract.
