RE: Drainage Ditch North of Chaucer Estates
Dear Ken:
Per 3'our conversation today with Bill Anderson of Dan Dowdev & Associates, I have
reviewed the maintenance situation of said ditch and feel that the h'omeowner' s association
would be able to maintain subject ditch until such time that the property to the north is
developed or other means of controlling the drainage are established.
This maintenance responsibility will be incorporated in the homeowner association
documents which will be completed prior to the request for acceptance of the subdivision
bx' the City.
