City Engineer 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: exas 306 No. 90001-0 Dear Mr. Griffin: The Parks of Coppell Trust owns the property contiguous on the west and northwest to the proposed Chaucer Estates subdivision. It is my understanding that the current plans for construction of the subdivision includes a drainage structure to be located within a multi-purpose easement located along the north line of the referenced addition. I am aware that development west and northwest of the subdivision will eventually require the extension of the proposed terminus of the box culvert, as it is designed as of this date, to a point west within the existing easement for collection of surface drainage. Therefore, Parks of Coppell Trust accepts its responsibility to cause the construction of the extension of the drainage system to properly provide for the drainage of the land area currently owned by the Parks of Coppell Trust. The extension of the drainage system will occur when development happens on the property owned by the Parks of Coppell Trust which necessitates such action.
