WA9401-CS 9501206 Citizens' Advocate NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that a public hearing on the question of assessment of a pan of the cost of the improvements to the East Belt lane Road water line (~'A94- 01 ) consisting of construction of twelve (12) inch and eight (8) inch water lines aloug the South side of East Belt Line Road, bored beneath Belt Line at the East end of the project and terminating on the North side of Belt Line R{md, against the benefitted properties and owners of that propen3', idcnlified in Exhibit ". V', the Assessment Roll, attached hereto and made part hereof for all purlx~scs, will be conducted before the City Counci I of the City of Coppell, Texas on the 241h day of January, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Chamber. The estimated amount per front f~x~t proposed to be assessed against benefitted property and the owners of such property is Thirty-Six and 01/100 Dollars ($36.0l). The total assessment proposed against each benefitted property and the owners thereof is shown in Exhibil "A".
