NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING .e,
Please take notice that a public hearing on the question of assessmenl of a pan be
of the cost of the improvements to the East Belt Line Road water line (WA94- ral
0 1 ) consisti ng of construction of twelve (12) inch and eight (8) inch water lines
along the South side of East Belt Line Road, bored beneath Belt Line at the East
end of the project and terminating on the North side of Belt Line Road, against
the benefitted properties and owners of that propen3', identified in Exhibit "A ",
the Assessment Roll, attached hereto and made pan hereof for all purposes, will fe
be conducted before the City Council of the City of Coppe 11, Texas on the 241h 1
day of January, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Chamber. The estimated amount
per front foot proposed to be assessed against benefitted property and the
owners of such property is Thirty-Six and 01/100 Dollars (~B6.01). The total '-'
assessment proposed against each benefitted property and the owners thereof
is shown in Exhibit "A". Each person who owns or claims benefitted propert)'
or an interest in that property is enti~ed to be heard on any matter relevant to
the assessment.

ASSESSMENT ROLL
]'he City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, hereby assesses a portion
of the cost of water line improvements against the following benefitted
properties. The City Council has determined by resolution that the water
system improvements cortsisting of an 8" and a 12" water line in the ~uth side
of East Belt I.ine Road (Project WA94-01) are necessary and thai a portion of
the cost of such improvements is to he specifically assessed as a lien against the
benefitted properties and their owners as follows.
