1.) Joist girder to panel pocket ( details F4/S4.01) and (01/E4).
Connection found non-complaint due to:
A.) Girder seat not welded full length.
B.) Stiffener plate weld undersize.
2 .) Joist girder to column cap - Connection found non-compliant due to:
A.) Missed welds
B .) Weld length
C .) Undersize welds
3.) Joist to panel at panel joint- Connection found non-compliant due to:
A.) Welded side not per detail.
B.) 3 I/2 "x 3 1/2" x 3/8"x 0 - Six (6) inch angle not welded as per detail.
C.) Expansion side welded.
4.) Deck support angle was found non-compliant due to bottom side not welded.
5.) Joist to joist girder - Random inspection revealed compliance.
