NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that a public hearing on the question of assessment of a part of the cost of the
improvements to the East Belt Line Road waXer line (WAg~01) consisting of construction of
twelve (12) inch and eight (8) inch water lines alon~ the South side of East Belt Line Road,
bored be~ Belt Line at the East end of thc project and terminating on the North side of Belt
Line Road, against the benefitted propstles and owners of that prol~ty, identified in Exhibit
"A", the Assessment Roll, attached bseto and made part hereof for all purposes, will be
conducted befox~ the City Council of the City of Colspell, Texas on the ~ day of January,
1995, at 7:30 p. m. in the City Chamber. The estimated amount per front foot proposed to be
assessed agsinst bonefitted property and the owners of such propc, ty is Thirty-Six and 01/100
Doll ._m-s ($36.01). The total assessmeat proposed against each benefi~ ~ro~,~y and the owners
thaeof is shown in Exhibit "A". Esch person who owns or claims benefitted property or an
