Re: Early Building Permits for Chautauqua Place
Dear Ken:
As you may be aware, we have finally completed our paving in Chautauqua
Place, and it appears we are very near the overall completion and acceptance
by the City of the subdivision's improvements. I have talked with Garreth in the
field about the possibility of proceeding with "early building permits" on three
lots. These are Lot 1 in Block "B" (which was approved some time ago
because of its adjacency to Harris Street) and Lots 6 and 7 in Block "A". I
don't believe Garreth has any problems with this request, but he advised that
it should be directed to you.
I appreciate your willingness to work with us on such issues in the past, and
I thank you for your consideration of this request.
