Per our discussion last week, the purpose of this letter is to request thnt the
City allow a building permit to be issued on Block B, Lot I of the referenced
subdivision (see attached). This lot will front on Bethel School Road, but nlready
has improved access and water availability by way of existing Hnrris Street along
the lot's eastern side.
Pacific American Homes will be the builder in the subdivision, and
construction of a model home on this lot in advance of our completion of the
subdivision would greatly assist us in our marketing efforts.
